Have I ever mentioned my French flatmate (now ex-flatmate sadly enough)? And have I mentioned she’s an amazing cook? Yes, I have! This broadcast (or blogpost; let’s not get picky) is here to tell you – yet again – that she is brilliant!

For starters, there were vegetable puff pastries with fresh salad on the side. For the main course, there were meat-stuffed baked vegetables, accompanied with rice. And for dessert, we had the sinful Floating Islands, which is egg whites floating in crème anglaise.

And I had her as a flatmate for almost a year. Bet you envy me now 😀
