From one plate to another…

IMG_4338

That empty plate up there is a metaphor for my blog posts.

From now on, if you pop over to this website looking for reviews of restaurants in the UAE, you won’t find any. An empty plate, as it were.

But I don’t plan to starve. Not one bit.

As of July 1, 2013, I’ll have the pleasure of being the editor of Caterer Middle East.

And I couldn’t be happier about the new plate I’m about to dig into.

While covering the business side of the F&B industry, broadcasting my personal opinions about the food of restaurants I deal with for the magazine would be unprofessional.

This blog will be updated, but for now only with my food adventures during travels outside the GCC region.

Thank you to everyone who read, commented on, and shared my posts. This blog would’ve been nothing without you. I hope you continue to read about my international food expeditions on this blog, and find out more about the food industry in the Middle East with me in my capacity as an editor of an F&B publication.

Love, FooDee
